• Handwriting samples. Images you draw or upload to match or train a handwriting style are processed to generate styles and stored with your account so you can reuse them.
• Content you create. The text you enter, the pages and studios you build, and the handwriting we generate for you.
• Usage & device data. Basic analytics and product telemetry (pages viewed, features used, approximate location, device and browser) to operate and improve the service.
• Payment data. If you purchase a plan, payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and improve the handwriting service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account and content secure.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To understand usage and improve quality, performance and reliability.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with providers that help us run the service — including authentication and database hosting, product analytics, cloud hosting and storage, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

Data retention

We keep your account, samples and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete content from your account, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Children

The service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law without appropriate consent. We do not knowingly collect data from such children.
