These terms govern your use of Deep Scribble. By using the service you agree to them. Please read the acceptable-use section carefully.

The service

Deep Scribble generates handwriting from text you provide and renders it onto pages you can export. We may update, add or remove features over time.

Acceptable use & academic integrity

Deep Scribble is built to help with your own legitimate work — turning notes you wrote into readable revision sheets, formatting records and files, writing letters and personal projects, and producing handwriting when doing so by hand is difficult. You agree not to use the service to:

• misrepresent someone else's work as your own, or otherwise commit academic or professional dishonesty;
• evade plagiarism, AI-detection or academic-integrity systems, or violate the rules of your school, university or employer;
• forge signatures or documents, impersonate another person, or create anything fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful.

You are responsible for how you use what you create and for following the policies of your institution. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract under your local law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text and samples you provide and the output you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to process, store and display your content back to you). You confirm you have the rights to any handwriting samples you upload.

Plans & payments

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, limits and billing terms are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated handwriting will be suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Scribble is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
